I’m excited to share my new course Ayurveda and Ayurvedic Lifestyle - an introductory course into Ayurvedic Wisdom and Lifestyle. It offers the ancient knowledge you need that can be applied to your own life.
Ayurveda is a conscious based wisdom and a mind, body and soul science that was traditionally passed down orally and documented into sanskrit text around 5,000 years ago. Ayurveda is experiential meaning it is not just Knowledge and information, Ayurveda is a way of life, so to understand and learn Ayurveda you need to integrate and experience it in your life for yourself.
This five week introductory course will take you on a journey of understanding yourself through Ayurvedic wisdom. As you identify your true nature or dosha and move through each week's teachings, you will be able to apply new tools and techniques to your own life. You’ll create a unique lifestyle plan that’ll support you as you begin to integrate your knowledge and expanded awareness of who you are and who you choose to be.
As well as learning about Ayurveda and Ayurvedic Lifestyle, you will have access to my guided meditations and you’ll receive an individual Ayurvedic Health & Wisdom session with me.
